19.8.2.2 Action by the Commissioner.
23
(a) Upon receipt of the final report required by Bylaw 19.8.2.1(a), the Commissioner shall determine:
(4) What, if any, penalties or sanctions should be imposed by the Conference, and whether any student-athlete should
be suspended or ruled ineligible.
(b) If the Commissioner determines that penalties or sanctions should be imposed or that a student-athlete should be
suspended or ruled ineligible, the Commissioner shall proceed to impose the penalties or sanctions, or issue notice
that the student-athlete is suspended or ineligible, as authorized by and provided in Article 4 of the Constitution.
STANKY made is very clear that he doesnt care about what Judges have to say when it comes to LSU players being ruled eligible. He does, however, ignore his own bylaws when it comes to his own conference and ncaa ruling a player INELIGIBLE, CHAMBLISS is ineligible and by STANKYS OWN RULES he is willfully ignoring handing out penalties for housing and playing INELIGIBLE players while trying to punish LSU for trying to roster ELIGIBLE players. Those of you that think this is over get ready for the heat to crank up. We about to go scorched earth on STANKY for breaking his own rules

Nobody said hypocrisy was illegal or being unbiased is part of that job.

LSU is not going to initiate anything. They are gonna wait and put big pile of this type of evidence on the desk of any judge they have to if the SEC chooses to do anything at about this.
The only remedy the SEC had was to kick us out. They can do that because they vote to do it. There probably isn't much we can do about it.
They cannot sanction us, penalize us, fine us, suspend anyone....or anything like that without a lawsuit that they will lose.
This is not an issue without precedent.
Players have been ruled ineligible and then played under a court order. The reason why is basically irrelevant.
Chambliss is ineligible. He is playing under a court order.
All of the 5 for 5 guys are ineligible. They are playing under a court order.
Pavia...same thing.
Charles Bediako....same thing.
They swore under oath in court that the August 25th thing was not a new rule. just a clarification.
There is precedent for what coaches get suspended for. Mouthing off isn't one of them.
"Lack of institutional control" is an NCAA finding with specific investigative findings involved. It isn't a thing the SEC can just declare.
The SEC can kick us out or STFU. That is it.

We showed this week that the SEC doesn't even have the power to vote about expulsion for us.
Much less the power to follow through.
According to their by-laws they can, but not according to the real world.
