Jesus, we lost some heartbreakers to Bama in the Miles/Saban era

‘08, ‘10, ‘12, ‘14, etc…An argument could be made that we should have won all of those. But if we just win 2, who knows what would have happened. Of course, we did pull out a couple close ones in ‘07 and ‘11 ourselves. Damn. What a time to be alive.

i was at 08, 12 and 14

Miles was a problem. However, even with his short comings, with in state talent He could have had so much more success. The only thing that could stop that train was Saban coming back and taking some of that talent from the state.

14 was one I blocked out for years until I foolishly watched highlights. There was no excuse not to win that one.

Worst walk down the ramp I’ve ever experienced. Was a weird vibe. Everybody quiet. Demoralized is the perfect world.
The ‘14 walk was similar, but that team wasn’t winning the NC. The ‘12 team wins that game, and they absolutely could have. shite.

We beat them in 07 in Nick's first game against Lsu. They didn't mention that.
