You come out better with Drink or someone offensively minded and younger.

He wouldn’t be getting paid over $10 million per year to go hang out downtown.

Hell…why does anyone go downtown?

Id say get Golesh if he will come for 5mil a year and highly incentivized then we will be better off. If he says no to 5mil A year keep looking and find one that is young and wants to learn and surround him with the absolute best money can buy.

He’s not leaving Oxford, at least Florida is working on their back up plans. LSU is simply fricked.

I’m not interested in a coach who needs to learn.

He’s there to teach, not learn. If we’re paying him 5 mil to learn, then we’re in trouble.

What’s with all of these posters lusting after young coaches?

By the way…what age do you want our next coach to be?

Under 50yo and not costing more than 5 mil a year. I wants coach that the players can relate to in a way still has fire and his aggressiveness.OC and DC are running high 2mil a year. That’s9 mil right there, add it a legit tactician as oline coach that will be around 2 mil there to get one to come from the nfl.

No head coach should be above learning and a young one will be more able to adapt. You think lane kiffin can coach offensive lineman like a Roy Istvan, Greg Austin or tj paganetti, or be a better O coordinator then someone like Alex tanney, Kevin Patullo or Greg lewis he can’t, bc he is worried about the whole team. You are not getting top of the line tacticians with money left over after paying kiffin 12-15mil a year. That’s such a dumb waste of money. Guys no longer sit and develop 2-3years.

We need to install a new offense and defense based on players available yearly and kiffin can’t do all that himself so why ask him to. Get some one cheaper and assemble a team of coaches that’s can coach the guys and pay them enough to stay for a bit, I highly doubt they all leave at once so spread the money around and hire the best available assistant coaches and coordinators
