Swope was drafted last year, and Jeff Fuller in 2012. Facts are a bitch

Facts are a bitch. Fuller went undrafted and signed free agent with the Fins once Sherman landed there. So you have had 2 wideouts, 3 if you want to include your QB/former wideout, drafted in the past 3 years... Yep totally WRU.

Oh and on facts, Swope was the first Aggie wideout drafted since... 2005. A&M actually had a better pipeline of wideouts to the league back in the early 2000's when Slocum/Fran were operating that dumpster fire. But congrats on facts!

Change of topic because this has turned into a dick measuring thread and it's pointless.

How do you all feel about Mack right now? Especially after Saban has turned up the heat?

I can only speak from myself, but obivously as long as he is taking visits i'm not so confident in his commitment. I do think that in the end he ends up being an Aggie. He might even de-committ, but in the end I think the Ags win this battle. I'm not too concerned about Bama. I think distance does play a factor in his recruitment, and that bodes well for A&M.

Malik Jefferson,Daylon Mack, Kyler Murray, Larry Pryor, & Justin Dunning are all very close. That doesn't mean that A&M gets 5 of them, but it doesn't hurt that 3 of them are currently committed. To be honest, I believe Kyler Murray to be the key to solidifying that group and add a couple more high profile recruits.

I tend to agree at this point

Not everything at a&M is roses. They could very easily lose games this season.

You forgot
TAMU 5 interceptions and 1 touchdown
LSU no interceptions 3 touchdowns

You might want to count the fact that you threw 97 times in two games to only get 500 yards and 1 TD. You averaged an interception every 100 yards. I mean I could go back to the 2010 game and make it even worse.

TAMU 8 interceptions 3 touchdowns
LSU 1 interception 6 touchdowns

re: WR DeMarkus Lodge to visit LSU soon (Posted on 5/14/14 at 10:33 am to Datbayoubengal) quote: A true freshman getting his first start after coming two weeks AFTER the season started held your top 10 WR to 4 catches for 51 yards. What's even worse is that he was not covering him at all (as a matter of fact, it was busted coverage) on the 38 yard catch where he was wide open. So our true freshman corner actually held him to three catches for 13 yards. If you want to look at our last two meetings here are the stats: 2012 - A&M 29-276 LSU 11-97 2013 - A&M 16-224 LSU 11-193 Total - A&M 45-500 LSU 22-290 Avg - A&M 11.1 LSU 13.2

Being that we out scored you those 2 years combined 55-29, we didn't have to pass the ball as much. While we sat on our lead and ran the ball down your throats, y'all were having to try and throw to keep up. What was your teams TD to INT ration in those 2 games?

How many of your touchdowns were passing? Because that is what we are talking about here?

How many of your turnovers were not fumbles?

Because that's what we're talking about here.

Members since 09, 73 posts... Hmmm

A&M isn't close to WRU yet, but it's becoming an attractive place to play the position. Lodge is a beast, and I really hope he stays home. Sure as he'll don't want to see him in purple and gold bc he's already proven no one in texas can cover him.

Looks like we found a logical Aggie fan. Those are a rare breed. But thanks for the logical input and I hope you enjoy your stay. This years wideout class has talent across the board and it will be interesting how things shake down.
