Not sure what point you are trying to make.
Go check out the portal results across the country or even the NFL draft. Plenty of small school players are elite. Citing a few examples of players who may not be doesn’t change that.
These players have college film now. Their high school rankings are no longer relevant.

There are multiple personnel guys. Maybe they divide up schools to scout?
