Harvey Williams.

I had a friend who got a football scholarship to LSU in the early 80's but didn't really get into recruiting til Harvey Williams pulled his infamous switcheroo and "LSU University" statement.

He was amazing. Threw passes I've never seen a HS QB throw.

I first started getting interested in recruiting due to "scholastic sports America" Tv show. Todd Marinovich, Jeff George, Emitt Smith and guys like that. Then around 92 or 93 I started buying super prep Magazine. When it came to Louisisna recruits, the class of 94 with Booty, Manning, Reado, wade richey and Robert Hammond got me going. Been addicted ever since.

THROWBACK!!!

Probably Jason Campbell, Brock Berlin, Derrick cruddup (1999-2000)

2001 in general I followed like crazy. Still my favorite LSU class of all time.

Billy Cannon Jr.......

This. LSU was also recruiting a stud MS RB named Paul Ott Carruth.

Thought LSU would get Billy Jr. for sure & POC was a longer shot.

In the end, they got neither...Jr. To aTm, POC to Bammer.

Brock Betlin
Warrick Dunn
Travis Minor

Ryan Perriloux is how I found this website.

So far, I'm kinda bad luck when it comes to recruiting.
