LF is a once in a decade type back. Dude can do it all

There's a reason we didn't take a back last year. All in

LF. Shep is more comparable to a Cam Robinson. He's No. 1 at his position, but not overall like LF.

Not just LF. I think Speedy Noil and a slew of other players will and shouldget more hype than Shep. It helps that most of them are from LA.

Fournette, definitively. I'd say his expectations are on par with Clowney, Bryce Brown.

LF, but Shep did get us pretty excited.

Side note: I still think we didn't use Shep to his full potential. He would have been better suited in an Oregon\West Virginia playbook

Fournette

It's still a little early, but I don't think either has reached Ryan Perriloux purportions yet.

Don't go off calling that hype, suggesting that it is just excitement without substance.
What the frick are you talking about?

Im referring to excitement and expectations of a very talented incoming player. Take your stupid shite somewhere else.

LF but only because this is a LSU board and LF is from la. if they both would have been from la. then it would be a fair comparison. for ex. shep was way more hyped in tx than LF is in tx. LF for life man.

Apparently you are:
1. Not a fan of college football
2. A troll
3. Retarded
4. A combination of all 3

The Shep hype was mostly later in the game than this.
The LF hype has only begun and it likely has already surpassed Shep, and for good reason.
Shep was not that high in the top 250, compared to LF at No. 1.
It's really not going tyo be close when all is said and done.

Shep was top 20 at least and maybe top 10. He was a bona fide 5 star on every site.

Shep was #3

Wilkapedia "He played in the 2009 Under Armour All-America Game on January 4, 2009.[10] As of March 2009, he was ranked as the #3 Athlete on ESPN150 for the high school class of 2009.[11]"

Those are position rankings, not overall rankings

Shep was the #1 dual threat QB with awesome highlights, but was not the best player in the country that year or being talked about as clear and away the best.

Shep was sick and was/still is hyped ny the people who tink he should have played qb.

But they forget we signed a guy named ruben randle that actually had better passing stats than shep.

In fact, weve had quite a few qbs that had similar stats that changed positions. Claiborne, ware, magee. There were plenty before him too, doucet.

So yeah LF would be my pick.
