Why would you ask the LSU recruiting board a question like this? What kind of responses did you think you would get?
LSU though, to answer your question

With the way our coaches get ripped sometime, you never know???

If you're an OM fan and not quite used to pulling blue chips, I think they have good reason to get ecstatic about their class.
But consistency in the SEC depends on depth on both lines...and depth the LSU class provides is frightening.

If you are Ole Miss, then Freeze is shitting Tiffany Cufflinks right now. That is an absolutely amazing class for Ole Miss. I can't remember them having one near that good. But, top to bottom it doesn't compare to LSU's. The top does, but after the first 10 guys or so, LSU's class is way way way better.

Top to bottom, LSU's class is better andwe may end up with the better end in Bower than RK!

I would trade out LSU Top 4 for their Top 4.
No way I give up White..I may trade Herron for RN and Pocic for Tunsil. but that is really it. I think teh WR position is a toss up based off of yoru QB play.

If you eyeball the number of 5 Stars that both USC and Texas have amassed over the past 15 years over other schools, you will note their actual NC success has been equal to their take of 5stars.
For whatever the reason, OM's haul may or may not equal on the field success. With mulitple formations and personnel in a game, you need to have more than 22 impact players. Players get hurt, have to rest occasionally to be ready for the 4Q.
If you look at it that way, LSU's class is better (and it is, other than 5 stars). You'd be a fool not to want RN or Treadwell or Tunsil, but there are not guarantees they all will be mega impact players.
We'll see how having 5 star players who have a different mindset fit in with coaching up underachievers at OM. If you get me-first players in a team first system (which he had to do because of his lack of talent), how will that play out?
One thing for certain is Freeze never had to manage these type of players before. How he handles this will be interesting. Just look at what CLM has had to deal with over the last 4 years. Easier said than done.
OM has hit big money. The Aw Shucks days are over.
I'll take our class any day and any year. CLM's biggest job will be to keep OM out of LA, and let it be Bama's problem.

LSU. It addresses our needs more than Ole Miss' does.

LSU Ole Miss
Bower Nkemdiche
Gilmore Moore
Herron Hooks
Beckwith
D' front goes to LSU and it's not even close.
Boutte Tunsil
Pocic Golston
Dodd Johnson
Malone Bouldin
O Line....While the top 2 in each class are close, the next 2 pull LSU away.

Dude, i dont see Ole Miss crew dealing with LSU's Crew on off or def...these Tigers are HUGE up front...LSU all day!!!

It is very important to use the top down method. There is going to be a ridiculous amount of competition between these recruits. Competition at practice will make our guys better and push themselves harder. Ole Miss has some great guys, just no one to push them to work harder.

RN is the real deal. He'll be a high draft pick barring unforeseen injuries.
Everyone on our D will get to eat though. We'll still produce far more pros than OM.

Overall, LSU, but the Rebs did great.

Man did you open yourself with this post. I will take ours and see what happens on the field.

I'm just saying you are going to get biased results as an answer. I would pose the same question to the SEC rant if you want non-biased responses. Sorry if my wording was harsh trying to help you out
