He DEFINITELY pitched in the state title game. I remember that vividly. He came in relief in 4th or 5th inning. Needless to say, we couldn't hit off of him. I had never seen someone throw that hard before lol.

Jamie had a cannon for an arm. I recall a story of Deion messing with him saying he wasn’t the only two sport athlete(in the Braves organization).

TCU was there this week too watching the team workout. They went to the field after school to watch Walker make a few throws. I believe they immediately made him an offer.

Obviously we will pursue Howard. If we get him, we won’t get Arch Manning the next year. If we don’t get him, I think we get Arch. Either way it sets us up pretty well for the future. What we can’t afford is to miss on both.
I think both QBs will be top 5 in their respective classes.
I noticed Baylor just offered Howard on the 26th, recruited by Jorge Munoz.
