Pretty good? LOL. Signed as a pitcher by the Braves out of high school. Would go summers there after football season ended.
I think he paid his own way to LSU, the way the rules were back then. Basically, he had a representative for baseball, so couldnt be on scholly for fb...but counts against #s

I think the rules are still the same. It’s just that guys specialize way more frequently now.
Trajan Langdon, Ricky Williams, and Doug Johnson (Florida QB) are all guys who did the same thing. In recent years, Shaq Thompson is one of the only ones I remember.

Don’t know where Walker or his family is early on in this process. But here is one thing I know that is FACT:
Mike Scarborough is very close to Jamie and Walker. When he gets closer to a decision trust Mike on this one. No service out there will be more accurate than Mike on the Howard recruitment...

I’m around Jamie a bunch during the year at different athletic events. Latest word is that Walker will not be participating in 7 on 7 camps and will focus on individual work & mechanics training with Jake Delhomme and Arch Manning when possible.
College decision to come midway through his Junior year at the latest. Hope we can snag Jack Bech and Walker. Two phenomenal kids and athletes. I’ve seen Bech block a kids shot on the glass in a basketball game, finger tips were at the top of the square on the backboard.
