Too quiet....

Is he planning on taking all his visits? Which schools is it again? LSU, USC Miami, Bama?

Is he still a so called slight lean to LSU?

Once there is any significant news on RR, I'm sure it will be all over the board, you won't miss it.

I have no information, and maybe I'm just pessimistic, but my gut tells me he's leaning out of state ... I'm going with Miami for now. Hope I'm wrong!

After Miami's performance Sat. night he would have to really love them to take a chance on going there.
If he wants to be a big time NFL prospect I'd have to guess LSU would be his best chance at getting noticed.
Thats FWIW, IMO, MOO, STSACFYM.

Worry about USC. Nothing but car sales going on around here.

He'd get noticed just as easily at Miami. I promise.

Would he? Would he get developed enough? Some highly thought of HS skill position talent has just fallen off the face of the Earth at Miami over the past 7 or so years.

Maybe they are turning the corner, but its too early to assume that.

I can't buy that any WR at Miami would get as much notice as an LSU WR. Miami scored like 3 points last week. They play in a weaker conference whereas the SEC is the clear pinnacle. LSU is sending some top WRs to the NFL.

he would probably get noticed more at miami, since he would be their #1 wr the day he set foot on campus, kind of like julio jones

Except their offense is anemic and it would be hard for a wide receiver to receive much attention when there are no balls thrown his way.

i guess that's true. miami doesn't have the senior leadership that bama has in sarah jessica parker wilson

I was told by a Bastrop coach that Bama was definetly out of the question for R/R. He said Miami is a strong contender, LSU is next on his list, and USC has a decent chance.

God you're an idiot. LSU is sending top WRs to the NFL? What receiverS? Doucet is on the bench. So is Craig Davis. Bowe is good, but nowhere near as good as Reggie Wayne. Miami>>>>>LSU at producing NFL talent.

Devery Henderson looked pretty good yesterday!

Eddie for the Chiefs had a good career
Josh Reed still playing
MC had promise
Davis too early yet
Bowe will be solid for years

Byrd and Lafell will be next in NFL

So LSU is producing way more than the U at the Moment..

Reggie Wayne.

That's been a while huh?
You know the odds of wr's making it in the NFL? The fact that we've had 3 in 2 years is impressive. Byrd and Lafell with Toliver coming later is another thing you need to think about. While I think Miami is on the rise again....they're not like the U of old anymore. Besides Wayne and Moss, they're not known for WR's. Defense, TE's and Rb's are what they're known for. Unless he wants playing time....your argument sucks. ND and Fla. St. used to put a lot of players in the NFL and you think other then playing time, Miami is more attractive? If you go by wr numbers in the NFL, LSU has more then the U on active rosters. Think about it.

he's gonna get notice regardless of what college he goes to. lsu is not a big time passing team, neither is miami. to me the difference is lsu has other great wrs to take the pressure off of rueben, no double coverage. at miami, at this point in time, he would be doubled constantly. being thrown too more might or might not offset that but miamis running game is not great either. lsu is well balanced which keeps defenses honest. i would favor lsu being the better fit for ruebens future goals.

On that one play where all he did was run straight?

Reggie Wayne-Pro Bowl x 2
Andre Johnson-Pro Bowl x 4
Santana Moss-Pro Bowl
Sinorice Moss
Roscoe Parrish-#1 play of the day on his punt return
Michael Irvin had a good career-since you want to pull out old arse receivers.

"The Hurricanes hold the record for most players selected in the first round in a single draft (6, in 2004); most first-round draft picks in a two-year period (11, from 2003 to 2004); most first-round draft picks in a three-year period (15, from 2002 through 2004); and most first-round picks in a four-year period (19, from 2001 through 2004). For the past 14 years, from 1994 through 2008, Miami has had at least one player selected in the first round of the NFL draft, a record unmatched by any other college or university."

Like I said before Miami>>>>>>>LSU when it comes to NFL talent.
