Is that kid still even in play? I haven't heard anything about him in a long time.

Exactly that’s just mere speculation. They never bought into A&M the program or those behind it anyway, rather the short term gain. Best of luck to these dudes that stick it out but it’s likely going to come back and hurt quite a few of them. Wouldn’t be surprised if Harris turns out the best of the bunch should he go elsewhere with discipline and proper development like an LSU, Georgia, hell possibly Colorado with Deion, etc. A&M took a good quantity of five and high end four star recruits, however I wouldn’t rank any of them at or above a Perkins, Starks, Campbell, Singleton, Banks, Judkins, Carter, etc. For that large quantity of high level recruits and not one is in that category, is quite alarming.

Word out is they have to stay two years, to get the bulk of their money. They didn’t want one and done. That’s what was told to me.

I believe this. It also makes them buy in for 2 years. A&m was smart to include that stipulation.

Staying. LSU was contacted via backchanels. But the win vs LSU gave them tremendous boost. Morale and direction of the program is at an all time high. The recruits have bought in. Unprecedented what a single victory can do to a program.

Yea I ain’t buying that shite. Nobody believes in Jimbo.

Aggies don’t believe in Jimbo

It’s about money. Both Moss and Matthews are tied to the same shell company. They don’t hide it. It’s about money for those kids. Moss has a kid with him in college station for goodness sake. These kids were taken care of and that’s all it was about. The results weren’t an accident.

I’d fully expect more of the same next year. The focus isn’t on atm.

bullshite lol

There's a possibility BK also doesn't want guys like this. He doesn't really have a true position and probably should move to LB.

They seem to be holding onto that last class pretty well. I think it means they signed some deals that won’t pay them a ton of money if they leave

THIS. Wouldn't surprise me if some type of 'upfront' money would have to be paid back... Would love to see a copy of one of these NIL deals.

NIL deals are not supposed to be tied to attending a particular school.

They can certainly be tied to personal appearances in the College Station area, though.

BS. That win didn’t change anything and all the talk about the mass exodus of all those top recruits was typical and unfounded rumors and gossip.

He and some other key players definitely reached out to LSU and an NIL deal was put together for him at his families request. Enough said
