They're just pointing out the absurdity of "needing more time to make a decision" when he's had offers from the likes of LSU, A&M, Alabama, etc. since 2018. What information can be gathered in days following today that he couldn't gather about the various schools for over the 2-3 years they've been recruiting him? If he is still "torn" after 2 years of recruiting what is going to all of a sudden change tomorrow or a week from now? The offers today are the same as they were yesterday, will be tomorrow, and were 6 months ago.

How long have we had our new OC again?

Sooner than Bama........and guaranteed better results than a Jimbo Passing attack with Douche Craig coaching him down... This isn’t rocket science.

If Slopsher got 300k from Bama, I’d love to know how much they spent on this class.

Way to mis-quote me. And no doubt Saban is an offensive guru....... Come on. He’s as reliant on hiring quality coaches as O is.

this is the perfect time for an example to be made, no one take him and let his dad be the reason for the headache of the NCAA coming down on you...then maybe just maybe (unlikely I'm sure Bama will find money and room) players realize greed doesn't trump violations

There is zero chance that teams will shun any good player just to make an example. If the NCAA did not go after Cam Newton what are the chances they will go after this case. The overall #1 player remains unsigned too and who knows what shady dealings are going on there with the usual suspects involved.

Then get the secret bank accounts and Dodge Chargers rolling from LSU.

They do have Banks and Dodge dealerships in Louisiana, don't they?

Again Bama is a step ahead here. Bear Bryant's family owns the bank...

I don’t get this “taking some time” BS!!

These guys have had at least 3+ years to make the right decision. Please tell me how 3 more weeks gonna make a difference?

Or he's waiting on Saban to clear room for Jr. That seems like the logical deal to me. He could have signed with Aggies/LSU at ANYTIME. Yet he hasn't. The only deal is Bama is full and Saban is gonna make a chess move and Jr will have a spot. Why else would the decision take so long.

Yep. I won't be surprised at all if BTJ becomes number 29 in Bama's class.

Agree. I doubt Thomas is coming to Baton Rouge. If half of what I have heard about his recruitment(Dad) is true then I don't want him at LSU. I understand much of the information about his recruitment is rumor but there sure is a ton of rumors out there and many are from reliable people. Lots of smoke.
