Not every kid is a good standardized test taker. The ACT isn’t the beacon of intelligence. I know this from all of my friends who’ve lost their academic scholarships in college.

That video shows 2 plays over the first 2 minutes - hard to watch

As I've said in the past, I have a lifelong friend on staff at WM. Brooks is as good as advertised. They also have a QB, Kahmann who is working out at the Elite 11 camp this weekend. WM has several other players on roster that will play D1 (FCS&FBS) ball, but I'm not sure any are quite on the LSU level. He said they've had 5-6 kids in this upcoming senior class visiting different D1 Jr days this Spring and most have been invited back to camps this summer at those places with interest. Brooks is borderline SEC level from what I'm told. Legit 6'2 and 205, and they are planning to give him a look at wide receiver in the spring. Coaches think he has the frame to add 20-25lbs and keep his speed. He and Kahmann are the two they expect to land some decent big school offers.

He is good but I don’t think he will get big time offers. I can see Ull or Tech getting a good player.

Was Paul Turner the last West Monroe player to get a offer and play for LSU? That pipeline dried the hell up after Don Shows died, because from 1995 to 2011 no school sent LSU more players.

I would not say pipeline dried up. West Monroe just had not had many big time prospects as of late. Slade Bolden is the only one I recall

Balls skills like that play on most levels.
This is a kid Aranda might fall in love with as a future OLB.

OLB is what I was thinking too. West monroe sucks now. Neville owns them and has owned them for years. Ever since the hillbilly rappers left west monroe it's been downhill since then.

John Battle
Jalen Mills
Craig Loston
Corey Webster
Craig Stetlz
Are the ones I can think of right of the bat who weren’t blazers, but were great college football players.

Owns WM in what exactly? Pretty sure Neville hasn't kept it within 2 TDs in quite a while.

He just got his 1st offer (ULM)
Posted on 3/18/19 at 9:16 am to Dellybelly82
Damn that must mean Neville really sucks!

You do know that LSU's 2018 starting safety John Battle just ran a 4.67 at the combine?

You ain't lying
I fricked around in school and had a terrible GPA(regret that) and when it came to the ACT, I had no clue what the frick I was doing. I guessed almost every answer and to my shock, got a 23.

a 19 is a fine score for someone who took it as a sophomore
