Burrow wants to play, and Baton Rouge is a long way from home. He came here and play in th big leagues or the sat at home and play in the minors. We’ll see. Would love to have him, we are OK at QB.
There we go..,
Excuses ready to go.

Damn dude, you’ve really been working hard on the negativity today.
Why does this one strike a nerve?

Well it is a stretch to compare reporters with journalists. Reporters post the way the wind blows changing stance mid-sentence. Journalists are those who trade on their credibility.
Shae is NOT a journalist.
And everything he is updating requires (cough) a VIP membership. So he’s really stealing from the pockets of fans and seems happy to do so.

I spent years with Sonny/Shea. From Scout to 247, and they are as good as it gets with recruiting. But if I'm being completely honest, they're out of the loop more often than not. Always pay attention to what the insiders are saying from the opposing team, and that's usually your best bet to find out what's really going down.

Ahhhhh I get it, so the only insiders that actually know "insider stuff" are insiders from opposing teams! That makes soooooooooo much sense!
Real simple, if it is a true insider than chances are they probably know what is going on. And if it isn't a true insider then chances are they probably don't know what is actually going on.

From what I can surmise, the friends of the family want LSU, the dad wants Cincinnati.
Not surprising. Cincinnati is an hour away from his hometown.

I've heard that he himself wants to play at Cincinnati and the parents want him to play in Baton Rouge because if he does beat out our QBs, which is very likely, then he would be on a championship caliber team and would be noticed right away.
I personally think the Tigers win out in the end. He has been told by Cincy that it's his job. At LSU he would have to learn the offense and beat out the other QBs. He doesn't want to chance sitting again. If I were LSU I would be telling him that he would have a role no matter what if he's that good. Then next year would have the upper hand being how he's more advanced of a player and already physically mature. Thats what I keep hearing anyway. That he's much more advanced than our current QBs. That he would elevate this team immediately. I think it's a good thing that he's waiting a few more days bc he's reall thinking about LSU.
