The question is, how old is the photo? Did the USC coaches use it on a recruiting trip and he boarded the plane, and they conveniently had a Heisman? Was Kiffin still the coach (that would make sense)?
Not sure any of it is legal or not, but I don't ever remember any LSU recruit being shown on an LSU plane.
