Thanks diggs. Means a lot coming from you. Hopefully the comments about Ryan have been taken in good light.

I think we stay on Sylve. It is going to be tough for Bama to keep him with all the LA commits in his ear for practically a year. If Jarvis, Collins, Freak, Hilliard, etc were all in my ear I would have a hard time saying "no I don't want to play with you...I'd rather play for your biggest rival"

If D Williams didn't have academic issues he would probably have an offer from the video I saw in the past and all the reports about his ability. I wouldn't rank him any higher than I have him currently, however. I think he's ranked well for now.

I don't know a specific date--I would imagine the beginning od June.

I feel like theirs came out earlier last year than this year. They received a lot of negative feedback from their first rankings last year, so maybe that is why they are putting it of until later this year?

Lynx, Rod Davis will be playing QB for Many High this year so I think his stock will rise some more when people see what he can do with the ball in his hands all the time.

Effrem Reed...5'9 173...is a little short to play cornerback

Wait, what?

I don't understand this mentality. A 5'9-10 corner can cover a taller WR easier than a 6'1 corner, most of the time, and can nearly always cover a shorter slot receiver better than a 6'1 corner. Generally, a quarterback throws to the WR who IS NOT BEING COVERED. Only sometimes will a quarterback throw into coverage, and then he must make a throw that only the taller WR can get, which requires a much more accurate throw. Defenses are willing to give up these passes up seeing that they are less likely to occur, in order to have solid lockdown coverage.

NFL teams agree.

Here is a list of current cornerbacks/defensive backs on NFL rosters who are 5'9 or shorter. There are eight teams in the NFL who do not have a corner who is 5'9 or shorter and only three of those eight teams do not have a corner or defensive back shorter than 5'11. The remaining 24 NFL teams have at least one 5'9 (or shorter) cornerback. The majority of NFL cornerbacks are 5'9-5'10.

I understand what you are saying. However, three things: 1) That is his listed height, which is often times over stated. 2) He doesn't have any film at CB so it is hard to project him there 3) He holds no offers.

Thanks for the heads up. I think his academic situation could really become an issue for which schools offer him.

Great job. Beckham in the game against the black and yellow team has one of the greatest films I have ever seen. What didn't he do?

Neville DT, Demarcus Hodge, is up to 9 offers now. He added TCU and Texas A&M the last few days yet he's still not on the list.

No problem. Only so much time in the day. Hodge added Kansas to his list. That's 10 now. 5 BCS offers + TCU. Kid is starting to pick up some steam. We'll see what happens if he makes the camp circuit.

I have taught Michael Hunter, actually his Dad is interviewing for the West Monroe Head coaching job in Bball. I Got Dandydon to check him out add him to his top 100. The kid has great speed, height, but truthfully that 175lb is more like 165 and he'll only be a 17 year old senior. He totally wants to go to LSU but they haven't shown alot of interest.

Sylve was injured for the entirety of his junior season. He's recovered now and has run slower times in track than pre-injury, plus he just suffered another injury. Trai Turner on the other hand had game film released from the time of lynx's first evaluation to this newest one. Other LSU commits, Alonzo Lewis and Quentin Thomas, dropped substantially.
That's more information than Rivals gives when they give players the "bama boost" after they commit. We all know lynx puts too much time and effort in this to do what TideDouche suggested. I noticed the bama troll never came back after he was given information to back the ranking logic...
