Those South Carolina insiders are in denial. All I can say is that Uncle James was right!!!!!!

This all totally makes sense and definitely isn’t someone grasping at straws to drive up clicks for their site.

Seems like I have heard this same exact excuse every year from some recruit. I just don’t think this happens as often as it is reported

We need surveillance at MSY and BTR to see if they arrive there today

Maybe the play is to throw mom under the bus for Burch singing with LSU?

"Columbia (S.C.) Hammond five-star defensive end Jordan Burch reaffirmed his plan to sign with South Carolina yesterday at his school's ceremony. Following the event, the 6-foot-5, 275 pounder signed his national letter of intent with South Carolina, but it was not faxed over to the university. I am told Burch is 100 percent sure of his decision and fully plans to attend South Carolina. However, his mother has not given her permission for the NLI to be sent over to the Gamecocks. It is unclear if or when she will grant that permission. I am also told his mom is on board with him attending South Carolina, so her reason for not allowing the letter to be sent is unclear. I will continue tracking this as best I can throughout the day and going forward, if needed."
IF (and who knows) this is true, USCe can solve this by paying the mom a little money. I'm not sure why they haven't yet.
IF (and who knows) this is true, then LSU really should back off Burch because a kid actually needs to want to come to the school, I believe. You can't just force him based on his mother's desires.
IF (and who knows) this is true, he doesn't technically need to sign a LOI. He could just enroll and sign financial paperwork when it's time. His mom can't prevent him from attending USCe.

She’s ok with him going to SC bit is blocking him sending in his LOI? Yea i don’t buy that.
If you think of this as a business deal, it makes TOTAL sense. This is a leverage play.

The kid wants to go to LSU but doesn’t want to “disappoint” his friends and state by going out of state. It’s just that simple.

Nothing against your post, but I have a hard time believing that. It makes absolutely no sense why both would want to be at South Carolina and not send in the LOI. None. He's had two commitment ceremonies now, one signing ceremony and no LOI presented to the school that he "committed" to? I don't buy it.

Thanks but your link said zero on burch, nothing on what's going on there. All I saw was your word that you typed here. Have a good day

My USCe buddies are saying the mom is waiting on the bag man. Not kidding.
Lol. You don’t “wait on the bagman”. That’s not how this is ever done. No one gets handed a bag of cash all at once

Was there anything to the rumor of Burch signing on his grandmother’s birthday? Was that debunked or not? That’s the only thing that would make sense.

Kind of reminds me of Zeke Elliot's recruitment. Legacy kid at Mizzou where everyone pretty much penciled him in, but went to Columbus and fell in love with it

I mean I sure as heck hope not. We aren’t doing it the right way if so. All eyes are on this situation.

Why?

What have they done to piss you off?
You’re easily triggered.
