Sheppard finished as PFF's 14th ranked overall RB

He was their 2nd ranked Freshman RB behind Caleb Hawkins (N. Texas)

Very Guice like run. Crazy how underrated he was since we had Fournette too. Good times.

Hope we can somehow get him to LSU with Kiffin.

Didn’t a lot of people on here want LSU to recruit Sheppard last year because he was really underrated? They were right apparently.

Lester was the guy banging the Sheppard drum the most.

I got skull drug on here for opining that Sheppard was better than Berry. Although I love Berry, I still think Sheppard is the better all around RB.

Yes Lester was right about this one. Still think Berry would be a stud in a Kiffin offense or with any semblance of an o-line.

He did tear his knee up and missed the majority of his senior year though… might’ve scared some schools off that late offer
No he didn’t. He may have gotten hurt late in the season but he put up ridiculous, video game type numbers for basically a full season.

Can we get Sheppard to come here? What are the chances? No disrespect to Durham, but he can take his reps.

Hmmmm…Frank Wilson didn’t recruit him. I would say not the only one he missed on.

If ncaa approves Thomas’s request for a 5th year due to Covid year. I know for a fact he’s coming back.

It was painfully obvious to me that Sheppard was a better all around RB than both. All it took was some film watching while also comparing the competition they faced in HS. Not hard.
