Saw that coming. Couldn’t believe BK didn’t let him see the field more this year

Gotta think this means Nuss is definitely coming back

No offense to the kid at all because he really bailed LSU out at a time when we needed a QB, but most didn't think he would ever start here.
I wish him the best of luck. True Tiger.

Better hope Nuss learns how to run more.

I also follow the Memphis Tigers. With Hennigan leaving, I wouldn’t be disappointed if Collins got a look from them. I could see him being a good fit in that offense.

Always rooted for him as he's a Tiger and went to school with my nieces. Nice guy and deserves a new start somewhere else.

Mensah is a freshman, so not unless he wants to ride the pine somewhere else.

Again, Tulane’s starting QB is a freshman and he’s been pretty good. Collins isn’t just going to walk in the door there and take his job.
He’s likely going somewhere with a QB battle or wide open job.

Don’t blame him
The staff should’ve put him in before swann, and I don’t care if “he’s not ready” the season is done and swann is trash!! Blame the staff

Shot to start over him is why it took several years later until Kirby won his first championship. I remember Bama doing this with Tua. Hurts had started 2 years with damn good results and 1 bad championship game and Tua winning completely flips the script. Now Tua is starting the next year and dominating.

Tulane already has a good qb who is a true freshman.

Don’t blame him after seeing that crap that was put on the field when Nuss went down. We’re going to be really thin at qb.

I don't have any inside info, but it feels like this has been the plan for awhile. It sounds like Nuss is coming back and that has been known for awhile. Even though he didn't come in last night for Nuss, the report of him hitting the portal hit last night, and that's way too quick of a turnaround.

Maybe they put Swann on the field because they knew Collins wasn't really a part of the team anymore.

ULLafayette would love to have him.
