Anyone else concerned with all these out of state recruits when we have the most fertile recruiting ground in the US. This looks like Texas with Tom Herman. He keep signing out of state players when he had the state of Texas. Thoughts.....
Seasons before and after Herman have been losing seasons. He has Texas's only 10 win season since 2009, and is the only Texas coach out of 4 total, that hasn't had a losing season in that span. Herman was at Texas for 4 years. All four years were winning seasons, all four years he won bowl games, his last 3 years they finished ranked in the top 25, and his 3 full signing classes finished #3, #3, and #8. His first class had its top 9 commits come from Texas and 19 of his 27 commits. In 2019 12 of his 26 were from Texas with most of the rest coming from Cali. In 2020 19 of his 20 commits came from Texas with one from Arizona being the 5 star #1 RB in the country and 2022 heisman contender Bijan Robinson.
Texas wanting to get rid of Herman so fast to hop on their next supposedly golden boy in Sark might be their downfall.
