He's been living on the west coast. He came back to visit a few weeks ago and he texted me. Tk is as cool as a fan. Everyone on here thinks he's a thug but like I said, a little too much fun in high school

A bunch of us played beach volleyball one day and me and him were teammates. I never returned the ball once. He could cover our entire half of the "court" by himself. I just sat down and we went like 10-0.

He went to Co-Lin JUCO in Mississippi. Was the best athlete on the field every game. TK just didn't love football and some people never consider this. Some kids just don't love the sport like the spectators do. He did tell me he loved to hit a lot though.

I’m very happy to hear that he has turned his life around or stopped making dumb decisions. It does sound like a typical high schooler rather than a thug gangster. I can see him not loving football even if he was good at it. Would have loved to seen him go all out in football while getting a degree. But it’s not for everybody. This update was a pleasant surprise.

Yeah other guy that went to Tennessee was Jansen Jackson. I was pumped up for him. Total thug from the get go though. Glad he didn’t come to LSU.

Thank goodness he got away from that bad Welsh crowd.

A lot of great football players don't like football. Phil Robertson gave up his QB spot to Terry Bradshaw to Hunt Ducks.

I saw him high jump 7 feet, set the state and national record for triple jump at one time

This is not true. The HS National Record for the triple jump was set in 1980 by Charles Mayfield ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_high_school_national_records_in_track_and_field)

The 7 foot high jump is also alleged and never done in competition.

Great athlete, but don't put him in a category he doesn't belong in.

Theres literally a video on YouTube of him high jumping 7 feet.

Edit: and the next day at school the principle announced he set the triple jump national record so I took it as fact. Never researched it at all.

Edit: here's my boy jumping over a car

YouTube video of Tk jumping over car

Tk high jumping 7 feet.

I was literally in that crowd when he jumped 7 feet.

It wasn't the all time national record but he had the best high jump and triple jump in the country his junior year.

He was also a star on the track and field team, placing first in the nation in the long jump and the triple jump during his junior year.

Okay that's what it is then. Pretty impressive for a 6'3" 220 pound kid at the time. Never seen an athlete like that.

do you know what he does for work now? He may not of loved football, but as far as jobs go, it pays pretty dam well, and how many people really love their jobs anyway. Looks like he would have had a great shot at playing in the NFL. Not many 6'3" 220 lbs that can jump a car like that or high jump 7' or run a 4.4 40ty. Just seems dumb to waste god given ability like that and a easy path to fame and fortune playing in the NFL. You saying he tried JUCO ball, dominated at it, and just quit it because it wasn't fun enough? I really hope he is doing something he really loves right now because otherwise, how depressing would it be working some fricked up job knowing what he passed up, because he just didn't like it that much. WTF.
