My whole point is that he is crowing before he's done shite. Like him or hate him, Arch has waited his turn, shown class, and isn't predicting that he's the second coming of Christ.
Oh My God, the "class" shite again. The vast majority of people who say this don't show class on a consistent basis. A kid from Michigan playing at Michigan boasting about beating Ohio St, i bet the fans ate that shite up. When i read the title I actually thought the kid did something.

Based on what I've seen from that poster, he seems to be mad at the world. He may want to do some self reflection here and there. Seems he might have something greater going on.

So true 12 mill is absolutely crazy life changing money period. To top it off it’s 30 minutes from home. No way ANYBODY turns it down. I thought at first he was serious and all business but the company he keeps is sketchy, Cam Newton is one and he seems to be Cam Newtoness. He has the size and talent to be THAT good but we really know nothing about him and his work ethic. He could crash hard or he could get his “coulple Heismans & Natty” only he can make it happen. I just have started to see more bragadocius talk and less humility lately. Time will tell but when you hang around Cam & LaBrag it obviously goes to a 18yr olds head.
Can’t help the take of the money which he has earned in today’s NIL. I wish he stayed committed to LSU. Can you imagine no NIL and the team LSU would have if they played for the school they wanted to really play for.
Colin Simmons- NIL Texas
D Moore- NIL Oregon
J Stewart- NIL USC
B Underwood- NIL Michigan
K Phillips- NIL Texas
With no NIL they’re all on LSUs roster, and that’s in the last 18 months

In the end I think this worked out for both parties - LSU and Underwood. He got his money and LSU was able to pull in a nice haul via the portal.

That kind of money none of you would refuse it you can retire your parents, draw $50,000 a year on interest beats working on the weekend at Sonic Burgers .
This kid is not Johnny Manzel , when Arch Manning was a freshman he got the cash no one said anything now Underwood is going to be trouble see where I’m going with this ?

I would 100% take it, and if I was 18 and had it would have said way worse stuff on radio shows.

Asked what his legacy at Michigan will be, Underwood said: “A couple Heismans and at least one natty.”

Don't care either way. This statement is the only thing I took notice of. Heismans before championships...

I just can't help but think how difficult it will be to create a team atmosphere all the while knowing exactly how much money everyone is either making or not making. Professional athletes are one thing, kids are something entirely different.

We would have said the same thing about DJ Uagaleilei. Can't tell until he plays in college.

Don't forget, unspent money is saved to spend another day, which we did to plug holes in our team.

That isn’t necessarily how that works. It can work that way if those providing the NIL funds agree to it, but it isn’t written in stone. Just like Ellison provided the 12 million for Underwood, that money was just for him. Not for others if he had turned Michigan down. Same can be true for LSU boosters. Not all boosters donate NIL dollars to the general fund. Some only donate for certain players.
