I'm from BR and went to almost every single LSU home game and a good bit of away games since I was 4 or 5. And now I go to Alabama so I've seen this side of it too.
Accusing each other of being a cult is not the way to go because honestly they both are. Two of the best programs in the nation with the most passionate fan bases are not going to get along well, especially when dealing with something like this. No point in even arguing about it

Why go to Bama? I can see UT-Austin, Baylor, or Vandy but Bama? Are you an athlete? If not nice way to buy into the hype.

One thing though—why the hell does the tagline from ESPN read "Top Player in Louisiana goes to Bama." I guess maybe they did that when Kwon signed with LSU, idk, but it is a pretty stupid statement.
I would venture to say that White is the best player in Louisiana, and he is LSU bound.
