what does “top 15-11, 10-6, 5-commit” mean?

The numbers mean how many schools are in their list. I separated them by what I consider to be large(15-11), medium(10-6), and small lists(5-commit).

I never did pay attention to downvotes, only the upvotes. DVs could be anyone doing it for any reason.
Could have just gotten a big “NO” at the bar, didn’t like the food that was delivered, dumped by their GF/BF, found out GF/BF cheated, lost money in the stock, a Bama fan or any SEC fan. They all hate LSU. Frick em. There’s miserable people out there.

Me either and have honestly never knowingly used the downvote option. Don't see the sense.
Miami is jumping on the ineptness of Norvell and Mullen, their staff are better recruiters and the U still carries weight with kids in FL. Also wouldn't be surprised if they're back in the "game" with the chaos all over to take the microscope off. Question is can they hold onto these kids?
