Correct. With how vocal the father is on Twitter about Ohio State, talking to fans telling them it’s a done deal no turning back, and how much better the development will be for his son, bla bla bla.

No way the brother stays on at LSU. And that may not be up to him.

Our staff is more stable than is Day doesn't win it all in 2025-26 playoff. He would have left had they lost the NC Game. Remember the fans were giving his family death threats after losing to Michigan.

The OSU situation will remain in flux.

The problem is, Bradford is Jamal Adams in this scenario

Neither you nor anyone else knows if Bradford will be more like Hootie Jones or more like Jamal Adams until he actually steps foot on a college football field.

Everyone thought Hootie Jones was a blue-chip, can’t-miss guy until he stepped on the field and everyone found out that he actually sucked.

Indeed very important to remember they still lost to Michigan last year lmfao

I’m a critic of Day but I think they’ll be fine bc Sayin will be an upgrade at QB. If they lose to Michigan again though… look out

Why so emotional about a recruit a year out from signing day?

Im just being honest. If I'm a highly rated player from Louisiana who is wanting to play at LSU I'm committing somewhere else early then I'll decommit and say my recruitment is wide open. Then it will start some form of bidding war and then I'll commit to LSU

Yea I guess what's happening is these kids and their "agents" don't want the big in-state school to think they can get you at a discount just because you're in-state. They want what they believe they're worth.

The Louisiana talent pool is not going to be the same advantage for LSU as it was in the past.

I guess I don't understand this logic. If you are a top player you are going to have a bidding war of sorts anyway. You don't need to commit to have the bidding going.

Maybe as some have said OSU was the current best offer, but I'm sure that could have happened without a verbal commit too

LSU lands high profile recruit, crybabies on every post . Not buying it, commitments mean nothing wake me up on signing day... ?? Over and over .. LSU loses big recruit 2 weeks later the same exact guys "I can't believe this" "Kelly has to go" "lost an instate kid to OHO STATE" "WHOA IS ME"

You countered your entire post with the first sentence of the last paragraph.

You’re right it just sucks La 5*s leaving the state with this NIL sht. I know we get Oos 5*s also but those don’t seem to hurt as bad. 5*s there is only a few every year in the country and La has 1-3? would probably be great to get them all. Hopefully his recruitment ain’t over but he sounds pretty solid right now but we do still have his brother, girlfriend, and parents here.
