I cannot find a link, but he had Arik at 10, Kayshon at 27, and Elias at 31. I think it is ridiculous to have Elias that low. Also, Zach Evans did not make his top 32. Found that pretty bizarre. He looked great in the all star game.

It's not bizarre at all that an analyst wouldn't have Evans in his top 32 if off the field character concerns are taken into account

They hinted recently at 247 taking character/bust potential into account in the rankings and basically said it's the Zach Evans clause

31 isnt bad for Elias, he had a good year by accounts but was super dominant at IMG or anything.

They have to give updates every few months to keep fan bases interested. here is minimal difference between a top 10 versus a top 30 player. For the most part the so called experts just move kids up and down the list to create discussion.

I haven't seen Ricks because I haven't viewed his video and I believe he sat all the all star game if I remember right. The 2 that should absolutely skyrocket are Boutte who has and McGlothern. I'm not saying top 32 for DM but WILL say top 150 at least. He was the defensive star of the all star game and looked smooth as silk doing it. Had 2 INTs, one a pick 6. And he came darn close diving for another one. One of the biggest jokes of the entire ratings as of now is DM is close to 300 composite, completely due to 247's utterly insane ordinal ranking of him being the 666th best HS football senior in the country. Doing some quick math, the other 3 services would have a composite ordinal ranking of 159 w/o 247's.

Elias is a top player for sure. It’s tough to evaluate the season of a top corner in high school because no one ever throws the ball on his side of the field.

I really like how this list has 2 guys who are going to Wisky and Northwestern that are nowhere near composite 5* guys.

In some ways it shows he's fine going out on a limb in a way for those guys

Plus, he won't be signing with Bama.

Without looking I'm assuming you're referencing Nelson and Skronkonski(so,Nwstn kid) both OL. Both will rise significantly on 247 especially Nelson. Some feel Nelson may be the highest upside OL in the class. He was great all Star week. Huge kid

Clemson is but out of the group, Oregon’s class is most surprising.

I may be in the minority but I do not expect Elias to come right in opposite of Stingley. I think he is going to need some development to his game.

Keep an eye on Raydar Jones. Raymond loves him and I expect he and Flott to both play really well next season.

He’s not gonna come in and start. Flott, Ward, and Raydar are no slouches and I think you see the starter opposite Sting come out of that group. We may not see another freshman come in as ready to play as Sting ever again haha

Doesn’t mean Ricks won’t be a stud. He’s gonna be a star. Just don’t think he’s gonna come in and start over a guy like Flott who played a lot as a FR this year and was tough as nails

I agree with you. Some people seem to think Ricks will step right in opposite of Stingley and I disagree.

I know you're joking around. But I don't think 'Fong plays that shite.

Well if Evans dropped that low, then it’s safe to say he’s coming to LSU.

He’s the steal of our class and it’s not even close.

I agree I do think Ricks has the height to be very productive early but unlike Stingley I think he needs to add weight and muscle to compete against SEC receivers. Stingley was just a physical freak as a true Freshman.
