I hope I'm wrong but I don't think this guy is exactly our answer to the QB woes we are going to face. We need to sway Ely and land Prescott or Jones or even take all three. Rivers looked terrible in his game this weekend and like he was actually a liability.

Ely is going to be a good player but yeah, Brissett would be great. I wouldn't mind getting Metternberger and Jones/Prescott and just letting Rivers go. If his brother weren't Phil this guy would be a fricking nobody

Watching Ely's game, he got a number of passes batted down or tipped at the line. If he's getting that now, wait until he is facing athletic defensive lines where everyone is at least 6'3" every weekend
