I got a recent report that he clocked a 4.2 twice. My sauce (former NFL player) is familiar with the kid and his family as they are from the same area. He said that he really likes LSU, but if Florida State came calling he would probably end up with Jimbo.

Has to be his grades keeping him from being LSU bound. Only thing I can think of. The dude is a beast!

I didn't ask about the grades issue. I hope LSU can get him on campus. Dude is legit fast.

Shifty doesn't begin to describe it. To tackle him in space a guy has to make a perfect play or have help. Otherwise? He gone.

Straight line, it would be close. But he's got great acceleration/deceleration/change of direction. Ankle breaking stuff with the ball in his hands.

Some of those passes to him up the seam have to intrigue Canada. With us likely going to more of a spread without a true elite RB (JMHO) I can see Canada coming up with some creative ways to use this kid.

Jackson smokes him straight line. Pooka is fast as hell, but Jackson is one of the fastest players, if not, the fastest player to ever play for LSU

Ummmm, I guess Trindon Holiday and Xavier Carter (and a few others) didn't play for LSU then.

He's right on Trindon 40 time and 60m. Faster than Xavier in those shorter distances also. Xavier was a powerful runner that picked up steam.

Jackson is in the conversation, which was my point
