“The buzz around Georgia’s push for Pickett involves a late push on the NIL front, though I’m told the work LSU has done on all fronts, NIL included, has the Tigers sitting in a comfortable spot.“

Nice. If we maintain Underwood, Pickett, Berry, Phillips and add Stewart this can be a historic class for LSU.

Solomon Thomas is visiting this weekend and he really liked Davis before originally committing to FSU. With multiple starting spots open If we can come up with the right NIL number it seems like we have a great chance. Some people think Curne could end up at RT, he doesn't have perfect height but from what his HS coach said he has more than enough athleticism, he said he runs around at practice doing backflips, at 320 that's bonkers

Right? We’re just trying to hold off these last pushes. It’s funny seeing how Florida decided they’re good with Napier and now using those funds to help build their class.

New year, same stuff. Anybody that actually expected other programs not to push hard at the end for top recruits is out of their mind. The same way that we are with kids committed to other schools.

Edit: also, there's no reason we shouldn't have success getting kids like Pickett, Phillips, Anding, etc. at CB every year. As much as people have wanted to throw shade at Corey (myself included), just look at what he did with guys like Stingley and Fulton recently and the success they're now having in the NFL.

Well, there are 2 MS linemen who have been predicted to flip to Ole Miss, but it seems neither has flipped as of yet. We'll see very soon.

lol it’s absurd
I also like their fans after a “big “win where anyone who is visiting is flipping lol.
Got to give them credit though. Their class did just sneak into the top 25.

What i saw from the time Curne committed months ago there became a strong possibility that Harper would go somewhere else, Idk if that's true or not but could see it happening like that because that gave us Miller and Curne, both of those are higher rated than Harper. Recent news is that Miller could also end up flipping to Ole Miss. I'd be happy with Curne and Thomas as they're pretty much for sure first year starters. Seems like the last couple weeks will be interesting

Harper is an interesting guy when you look at his rankings.

247 Composite Rankings #80
On3 Industry Rankings #82

On3 Ranking #84
247 Ranking 123
Rivals Ranking 121
ESPn Rankings 157

No one thinking is as good as his composite but because they all disagree on everyone else he’s really high.
