I completely forgot about him. He would be a damn good get.

He & Steen might be the only 2 currently in the portal that would be takes right now.

Banks only has a transfer rating of 87.00 3-star, but I wouldn't read too much into that. He has a very high ceiling.

I would normally think bad about a player having a number, and especially #7, right out of the gate, but…..

I think he was passed up on their depth chart. I will have to do some digging into that though.

Ohio State did have some young guys who took some snaps away from Banks, but he was injured during the season. The same injury that required him to withdraw from the NFL draft process. Per my OSU acquaintance, the staff moved on from him. Assumed 2021 was his last season, and there were better players on the roster.

If healthy, seems like a solid add....

I guess hed be 4th corner??? Garner and Converse then Brooks at nickel seems to be mostly penciled in....
So its odd Banks would come with only 1 year left and sit.... but maybe hes better when healthy. Only helps us I guess

Shea put in a 2nd CB for him this morning.

Looks like it might be happening. He would be 30/32.

Y’all are really under selling this guy. He was an All-American in 2020. He would be a starter on this team.

Another guy with something to prove and his draft status on the line.

I’ll take it.

Grad transfer so he should be all ready to go.

This will definitely be the oldest secondary we've fielded in like 3 decades. 2 arky kids, converse, garner, banks, ward are all 4th/5th yr seniors.
Lot of game experience. If house and coaches can get them to gel as a unit, may surprise some people this yr.
