ESPN Insider has an article up saying that Lache Seastrunk made a surprise visit to Oregon this past weekend and rated it a 15 out 10. Even though it has been assumed he was going to choose between Auburn and LSU, it now looks like he is going to Oregon.

LSU and Auburn seem to have moved on from this guy. Doesn't seem like he knows what to do. If he comes cool, if he doesn't oh well.

Maybe five people think he ends up here at LSU.
Yet when he inevitably signs elsewhere this board will be agog with breathless posts poking LSU fans for "losing" one.

Personally, I HOPE he signs elsewhere.
(that will get me a 2 week ban on the Recruiting board).

I don't think he is coming to LSU. Auburn has backed off as well. Good pick up for the ducks if true.

All this means is Oregon jumped in the race. It doesn't "look like" anything. You can't make this type of judgment based on something you read about a single visit.

You clearly haven't been following LS's recruitment, because this isn't the first visit he has really really enjoyed.

Exaggerate much?? Where does it say that he is going to Oregon?

After sleuthing a bit last week I feel he comes to LSU.

No shite....guy makes a visit and all of a sudden he's a silent verbal. Talk about snap judgments.

Lache has been difficult to read for months now. This Oregon visit added a twist, but to say he is now an Oregon lock is ridiculous.

This isn't over. LSU just brought in a new running backs coach and he'll have something to say about the recruitment of LS before its all said and done.

I am just paraphrasing ESPN Insider. None of this is my opinion.

ESPN affiliate Web site DuckTerritory.com has verified that Lache Seastrunk (Temple, Texas) is on campus in Eugene, Ore. for an official visit.

Considered a USC-lean, the nation's No. 6-rated informed DuckTerritory that Auburn, LSU and Oregon are heavily in the mix and that no schools have been completely eliminated.

Seastrunk = Attention whore.

He is trying to sweeten his deal. Auburn has already baught their top guys and LSU probably wasn't willing to pay for him so now he is shopping his game out west.
