I'm guessing he's gonna be the guy when it's all said and done.

From NOLA, ties to Les, more experience than Raymond, proven recruiting chops.

Would be a pretty good hire, IMO.

He is Tenn's recruiting coordinator too, so probably their best recruiter.

Far as coaching goes...not impressed with him at all. We can do a lot better...

And he was at La. Tech as well. And Rivals voted him the 4th best recruiter of all non-bcs schools. He can definitely recruit.

Hard to judge his coaching... a lot of Tennessee's issues have been with lack of pressure and DL-related.

I was going to say that it's probably hard to judge how good or bad his coaching is at this point. He hasn't been anywhere long enough to see him develop a player.

As far as recruiting, do we need two guys to recruit New Orleans? That seems to be Franks honey pot and I'm sure TJ could help, but I'd like to see us get somebody who could recruit North Louisiana, Houston, Mobile or Florida. Although it doesn't hurt taking away another SEC teams top recruiter.

FWIW, he's landed players at UT from Texas, South Carolina and Georgia. All 4 stars... good players.

From a very good source, he hasn't been contacted by LSU yet.

Is he related to Vance Joseph? Seems like he would be a good hire.

I'm guessing so. His bio doesn't say, but Sammy Joseph's says he's Vance's little brother, and all them went to ArchBishop Shaw.
