Baseball Commitment for LSU

It’s kind of amazing how many times this thread has been started

Why are you always in a foul mood? I’m salty a lot of the time, but you’re way angrier than me

I think the player has already stated baseball will be the path
It may not matter as he may even go pro out of high school

Because the information is available and not really hidden at all, but people are too lazy to look for it. Or even make a proper thread title.

Seriously. Are people just looking at the list of uncommitted linebackers on 247?

He is an angry frick. Who cares if it is posted again. You always have the option to not open the thread or just don’t comment.

According to this article, he still has the dream to play football in front of 100,000 people, but he thinks he won’t get that chance with LSU. He thought he would with Arizona since they aren’t as good. Since LSU’s linebacking group isn’t that strong, a 4 star athlete like Snelling could possibly make the team at LB.

The article makes it sound more like he’d like to play football but thinks LSU is too elite of a program to make the roster.
He’s a top baseball prospect so it’s smart to focus on baseball but if he ends up on campus, why wouldn’t CBK give him a shot at fulfilling his dream?
Between his partial baseball scholarship and NIL, I don’t even think he costs us a FB scolly. And it’s not like we don’t need LBs. He’s a top 300 football prospect according to 247.

I don't think football players are allowed to be on scholarship for other sports. If he's getting any scholarship money and plays football, he'll count as a football scholarship.

Hope the MLB draft doesn’t fulfill his expectations and he gets to pitch and hit in Bertman Field before 25,000 standing room only crowd....!
Not 100,000 in Death Valley but almost as good and before the biggest crowds in College baseball.
We love Rob Snelling !

I’ve never heard that before. You’ve got a link?

It's true. Football takes precedence over all other sports. More money and more spots. Blame Bear Bryant(or those that opposed him if you prefer)
