Flott is showing signs of it. Stingley has us spoiled. Most guys can’t come in like him and PP and hold down a spot like that vs SEC competition. Most of them take a year and start really balling consistently in year two.

He is a very good corner who will only get better. He has played outstanding for a true freshman.

I totally agree. But, there's a pretty big gap in my mind from being very good and outstanding for a freshman, to expecting him to be a lock down corner as a sophomore.

Lockdown corners are very very rare in cfb these days. We know we can count on him when it matters and that is huge.

This is my fricking point! ROPO said we're going to have 3 lock down corners on the roster next year, in Stingley, Flott and Ricks. I think that's way too much to expect from a true freshman and a sophomore. You seem to agree, yet keep arguing with me like I'm dogging Flott or something. In my first post, I said I like Flott A LOT.
