according to mike farrell on rivals its down to auburn and oregon. just figured we would have to be in the running but apparently we arent.

I think Reed will make his choice based on where he feels he has the best chance of playing early. Looking at LSU's depth chart, he won't start on either side of the ball early.

I think he is more happy for Trovon. Just because a kid doesn't choose your favorite doesn't mean he is suddenly the antichrist.
A coach is going to feel some pride for a kid who signs a D1 scholarship anywhere.
Personally, I think he will have some regrets, but I can understand why he may think a fresh start elsewhere is best for him now.

Matt10, I guess I can say this now. LSU has not been in the running since March of this year. It is not Lorio's fault like TR claims is why he hates LSU, but that is a farse. The real reason is Mike Davis committed in early March. Thus competition is to hard. Big fish little pond theory. Once Trooper turned TR it has been TR's job to turn LS to AU. The fund raiser that you locals donated to TR was to help TR pay for his family to go to AU. All I can say is look at the UT boyz. Karma is a female dog that will bite you.
How I know this? In early March TR kept calling & texting LS while LS was at my house watching a DVD of RR's all star game in San Antiono. Lache even used my computer to look up the AU web site.

Born, you can't convince me that you don't know anything about Lache's intentions.
At the same time, I understand it's not your spot to tell anyone about those intentions. If I were in your spot, I would do the same thing you are doing.
Just a thought.
After Lache's decision is made known, maybe you can come back and give us a scoop on what went on and how it all went down. I always find those recruiting stories pretty interesting.
Also, now I see where the Seastrunk to Auburn talk all came from and why Auburn snuck in the picture out of the blue.
