its Obvious that this board heavily prefers 247.

Which would be next when it comes to more information.

Scout or Rivals. TIA

Plus with the amount of info Jimmy puts out there, I would say Nola.com if you only looking for football info.

Whichever is more favorable to LSU that particular year, according to this board. All other sites are hacks. (changes year to year).

Honestly, I love Nola.com. I'm always reading and seeing the updates on there.

Of all the sites I will say the biggest advantage of any of them is Scout in their basketball coverage. No other site is even close to them in MBB. However I do think S/S at 247 do the best job at Football. So it ends up what you are looking for.

I would say Scout is 2nd behind 247.

247 or nothing. BBI is ok, but seriously its 247 all the way.

It's not the site but the people running it. Quite simply the answer is that for LSU coverage the only site worth paying for is the one Sonny and Shea are at, so it's 247 or nothing

I had Tigerbait for years but I grew tired of the lack of updates, as well as the god awful writing of one Bryan Lazare.

90% of his articles would begin like this

"Everybody knows that......"

And he was super negative on the tigers

Scout lost Clean so expect Louisiana coverage to take a huge nosedive. He put out more articles than anyone.

Here's why I like each of the ones I pay for:
247 - Sonny and Shea for football recruiting

BBI - Some football recruiting, mostly program info though, and when Hunt Palmer was still there, baseball program info

Scout - some football recruiting, but their basketball coverage, both recruiting and program, is the best around, and their baseball recruiting coverage is the best around

Twitter. You can get updates at about the same time as everyone else.

Sounds like he doesn't know how to write or determine a hit from an error then.

Where he go?

He was one of the better guys. I wish 247 would pick him up.

Clean is passionate and undeniably knowledgable and from what I remember he has a lot of access to programs so getting interviews wouldn't be an issue. However, he was a bit of a loose cannon on the boards here on TD, that may be a reason though it's been a while and I'm sure he's gotten better with it

I got tired of Rivals, too. The articles don't have as much info as 247. Also, they never answer your questions on the message board. Sonny and Shea seem to be LSU fans just like the rest of us. It is not just a job to them. They answer your questions immediately. Also, the Tiger Wrap is information overdrive. I'm very impressed with these guys. If you don't have a subscription to 247, I suggest that you try their free trial.

I prefer 247 as well, been on the board since even before Shea and Sonny got there. I been a member of all the LSU paysites at one time or another. But mostly post on 247 now.
