Don't know. I don't remember the last time we've had a 6'5 or 6'6 WR play for us. Yes I know we have Ferguson, but I wouldn't consider what he has done as "played".
It's a whole new area for us. If he can be close to what Green-Beckham was in his second year at Mizzu, then I'm satisfied.

Back to the original topic, are Sullivan and Ferguson, from a football perspective, about the same from a size\athletic ability point of view?

People always talk about Cam and QBs, but I'd be interested to look at the types of WRs that flourished under his watch.

You should consider yourself lucky that Jester stopped short.

Good point actually, have there been any receivers that have really made a huge impact in the NFL where he was the offensive co-ordinator??
A highly rated 4 star recruit should end up being more than simply a chuck the ball into the endzone near the goal line receiver. At least we all better hope Sullivan can bring more to the table than just that, I would like to think we are selling him short to think that's the best he could be.

I almost said Steve Smith, but Cameron was not the O-Coordinator for the years Smith played for the Ravens. Even if he would have been it wouldn't have mattered, because Smith was already a great receiver when he was in a Carolina uniform before the Ravens.

Derrick Mason, but he was already really good before Cam got there. I guess Torrey Smith is the only true one.
He had more known RBs and QBs like Brees, Rivers, Flacco, Tomlinson and Rice and Gates at TE. He did have Dennis Pitta at TE who did pretty well his 3 years with him, but has since been a non factor.
If we are to be a little more lenient, Mason didn't drop off on his watch and Boldin was fairly decent. Mason had two 1000 yard seasons and Boldin had at least 830 yards every year with him.

He had a couple ok years at LSU. He's not close to being as big as Sullivan though. Toliver hovered around 200 lbs, while Sullivan likely comes in at 6'6 230.
He has potential to be a Mike Evans type of WR.

To be honest, the little I've seen of Dee Anderson reminds me of Toliver.

Sullivan's feet and hip movement are elite for a guy his size. You may need to take another look at his videos.

No...no...no
40 times and height are the two most over hyped facts about recruits.
Each year, there are 400+ recruits that say they can run 4.4'or better but only a handful can actually do it at the combine when electronically times.
A true 4.7 is plenty fast for a guy that size.
Hell, most of these 4.4 guys actually run a 4.7 anyway

where is his junior and senior tape?
Posted on 1/14/16 at 5:58 pm to Lester Earl
I've been to LSU's camp before, and I hand timed one of my best friends who plays safety at Arkansas state at a 4.38. He ran a 4.49 laser time as a senior in HS

I was thinking convert to TE kind of like peterson from a few years back...more in line with how cam's offense is designed!

He needs to be faster in my opinion. He's got a pretty big upside from the looks of it
