If he wants a national championship, he won't get it in the Big 12 ... defensive play has gone the way of the do do bird. OU won't win a title having to score 50 to beat opponents outside of the Big 12.

If he wants to roll up numbers and position for the draft, then ... the Big 12 has become the new Pac 10.

If he's considering bama as a option, he should consider that saban has seen exactly 2 senior classes that he recruited in 30 years of coaching. 2) they lose their qb and a lot of seniors & jrs (smith and cody). they are up this year. more likely than not, down next.

If he's considering OU, Their qb will be gone as well. They don't have much in defense, they haven't won a bowl game in i don't know how many years. Their wr's haven't had much success in the n.f.l. either.

It's a push at most. This year they are up and we are down a little. Next year we have better qb play, better defensive play and we will be up with 10 wins. Next, ou lose their qb, their def isn't that much, lose their r.b.'s ect. they can be down. same with bama.

We are only 2 plays from being 9-3. Better qb play from being 10-2. Bama was o.t., ark was 1 pt, and better qb play and little better def. agains georgia, you turn that into a w. You get those couple of things done next year, your 10-2. We can get this turned around quickly and easily. New d.c. and jefferson maturing.

He will be randal's qb for how many years?

He's the top n.f.l. qb prospect. Been in school three years. N.F.L. about to have rookie salary cap.

Be the #1 pick of the cheifs or lions or wait and drop like B.Q., Leinart, ect. makes sense to me.

Julio Jones. You shouldn't have a problem remembering that; you'll be hearing it a lot for the next 2 years.

We'll see what you do next year without wilson.

You were 6-6 last year. took overtime and Four ints, one for a t.d., to beat that terrible l.s.u. team. I like our chances against you next year.

That terrible talent shula left saban seems to be doing well. Wander what he does in year three with most his guys? will the program slide going from 11 wins to 6 or 7? hmmmmm

p.s. notre dame is calling.

Thanks for pointing out our record LAST year. Let's see, what is it this year? What was LSU's last year and what is it this year? But hey, I like our chances next year too so to the both of us.

Talent wasn't terrible (but it's not awesome by any means). The coaching, however, was down right pathetic. Then again, we do have around 15 freshmen this year who earn significant playing time, so there are more Saban recruits playing than you think. But no, they won't slide to that many losses, especially with better talent coming in that will some of the best coaching Bama has had in a long time. By the way, what's you're excuse for LSU dropping from 12 wins to 7 with all that great talent you have?

P.S.- good for them. If thinking Saban will leave for ND helps you sleep at night, more power to you.

Honestly, I was just laughing at the fact that you seriously thought LSU was only 2 plays away from being 9-3 or whatever you said. I mean, have you honestly watched the defense this year?

i have, and that terrible defense out performed bama's on Nov 8, 2008. (fact)

l.s.u. struggled this year due to a combination of two things, poor qb play, which will improve next year, and a drop in defense. i'm willing to admit this. it happens. our coach made a mistake on the defensive hire just like your did last year with applewhite. He can correct his mistake.

no nerve struck, if you think l.s.u. wasn't two plays away from being 9-3. Just ignorance on your part. We did go into overtime with you guys and lost to ark by 1 point. If you think one play either way couldn't change the outcome. your mistaken.

i know saban played frosh. he also played a lot of seniors. i guess your offensive line that is senior and junior laden, your qb and safety are no loss. You should be undefeated next year then.

whether saban stays or go's doesn't really matter to me. It's just a fact. 30 years of coaching. the longest he's stayed anywhere is five years. he's on his third coaching gig in five years. We know him, you obviously don't.

Bama is not sniffing the title game any time soon. I'm guessing you will not show up here after the SECCG next Sat.

Our defense did create those INTs.

Based on...

Only 9 on the team... one of the fewest in the NCAA.

wrong.. the first int, and likely the most crucial in turns of momentum, on the deep in route to lafell was just a terrible throw.. he connects and lafell reaches the endzone.. that was a 14 point swing throw

really looking forward to the matchup this saturday
