I think it depends on the kid. I'm sure guys like Patrick Peterson, Mett and Brad Wing didn't have a lot to be humble about ever. Guys like Ron Brooks and Early Ducet overcame some stacked depth.
If Rettig's that good, he may have to work his tail off, but could be "the man" in a year or two and get that 'swagga' back.

we'll see if it sticks, but this is the best looking QB on LSU's roster right now besides Mett imo.
He looks so much better than some of the other names that were being thrown around for his year's class. He's at the Bateman/Thomas caliber instead of the Mitch, Sandberg, Johnson level.
Think he's gonna blow up huge by Fall once he plays more and shows he's healthy. Need to get him to make as many visits as possible b/n now and the end of summer.
