LF being a product of a private school seems to me he has the brain to pick it up
I was responding to this. I wasn't speaking athletically. This statement made it seem to me that LF has to be smart to come from a private school. Yes, TM7 had an impact early and often until he made the poor choices that ended his career at LSU. I'm saying that just because one comes from a private school doesn't necessarily mean that they're smart/wise or something. Fwiw, I think it might take LF a couple of games to become the every down back that he promises to be. To actually start. The first one or two games, I can totally see Hilliard or Magee get the actual starts unless LF picks up on the blocking schemes and whatnot right away. Of coarse, you can take him out on passing downs. I just don't see him being the outright starter in Houston.

TM7 was a product of that same private school. Just saying.

You mean the guy who was an impact player as a freshman, one of the greatest defensive players ever at LSY at 180 lbs, went to NY for the Heisman presentation, and is a leading candidate for NFL rookie defensive player of the year? Lets hope LF picks up the info as well as TM7.

If that was an intended slight on St. Aug or TM7 you totally missed the target. However, every post on here has its designated negative responders.

I think that Harris will have a better chance than Fournette at seeing the field in the fall.

Id bet the house that you are wrong on this one.

BRAVEHEART anyone who places any value on anything you say is not situationally aware. Your bias is so overwhelmingly obvious, I do not understand how anyone can take your opinion on anything seriously. You are a caricature actually.

The world you want is long gone. Your obvious world view that only a certain type has intelligence shows your disturbing and hateful myopic view. And you claim to be a former player at LSU. You had to be a miserable hate filled teammate considering the makeup of the team.

Please explain how of all of the offensive lineman at LSU, Pocic is the savior. Please give a rational, non-biased reason for that position.

The people that think Leonard will start from day 1 or delusional. There's no reason to believe Magee won't start if hill leaves. Leonard might eventually take the starting spot but it won't happen right off.

Recruiting board etiquette is this years 4/5* players are better than last years and the year before that. This kind of talk is par for the coarse

Alfred Blue is the starter next year, given his recent gift from the NCAA.

Why would Fournette not be an EE? If Hill and Hilliard go that just leaves 2 running backs, correct?

The current guy we are recruiting is always better than the guy already signed.

What's not to get? The back-up QB is always the best player on the team at LSU. It's been that way as long as I can remember.

People forget that both JFF and Winston redshirted. Harris may be better than Jennings in time but no way in hell he gets a meaningful snap next year without two major injuries.

Why would Blue beat out Magee for playing time next year when he couldn't do it this year?
Unless your premise is that Blue is not 100% right now.
