I think with what some NCAA teams are paying their top players then it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. label NCAA, G-league, and Euro leagues all the same. you are getting paid to play in a league below the NBA. Then just set an age cut off, like you can't be older than 23 or 24 before the start of an NCAA season and be eligible. If you suit up for 1 NBA regular season game whether you play or not then you are no longer eligible. clear cut and easy to determine.

I’m cool with what Will Wade is doing, but mainly because I hope that it fixes all the problems with college athletics and returns it to what I love

Let WW do what others have done before him. I'm so tired of letting others find loopholes (or pay players prior to NIL) and WW get blamed like he started the whole thing. Find the loophole and bend the rules in the gray areas just like everyone else.

This will be corrected by next year. This is a one time fix for the coming year. he will be back to signing 4-5 stars out of HS and bringing in some portal fillers. Sounding like Marcus Spears Jr is a done deal for next year. That would be huge and can build a team around him. There are others who would come to play with him. patience grasshoppers.

I would probably allow for an exception if you served full-time in the military

I don’t care who takes advantage of it because they are doing nothing about it right now. But I do think it’s bad for college athletics.

But everyone is doing it. So until it’s fixed, take advantage
