I think it’s pretty well known that the outcome of a single game doesn’t really matter. We as humans think we are better than we really are, so Foreman and Smith were probably sitting there thinking “man we could play from day one.”

Not just that, the best player on the defense was Ali Gaye, a guy who only had middle FBS offers until O saw him. Moscona (yeah I know) and Rohan were talking about him playing himself into the first round discussion already. 11 pressures on the qb! O can coach lineman, no doubt about it.

Pelini’s D is built on pressure and attacking the QB from the DE position.
He clearly saw what Gaye was doing and I’m sure they’re telling him Gaye will be gone after this season which opens the door wide open for him to start or heavily contribute.

So when we on NC game last year it all but made kids pick LSU. You opinion on this matter sounds dumb. Let me guess these kids never lost a game before.

The Dline looked better than any other position group yesterday. Im sure Foreman and Smith were predominately watching what they were doing.

les miles was pulling top 5 classes going 8-4 with the 112th ranked offense every year. It doesn't matter.

Yes it does to someone who is from Cali. Why should he be a part of a team who just got beat by MS State? Why should he not go to Clemson or Georgia? I am hearing.
Also, I am sure Foreman is watching how we do in the season. If we lose 4-5 games, consider it over for most of these recruits.
