Supposedly our staff just talked to him yesterday and he gave no indication he wouldn't be here today.
if that's the case he really screwed our staff in the worst way....how can anybody wish well on that punk.

But to state Les handling of Lee in the MNC game had no affect whatsoever on Kiel's decision as a fact, unless you personally know him, is sticking your head in the sand.
Likewise, to say it DID affect Kiel's decision, unless you personally know him, is overly-emotional, irrational bullshite ranting by posters with personal, negative, and in many cases long-standing agendas against LSU's head coach.

Or maybe some outside force is slowing his arrival? Just a thought.

Can someone explain what exactly happen? I was eating at Baumhower's when this news broke. What is Keil's problem?
Posted on 1/16/12 at 9:13 pm to rosiebean
I don't see how it couldn't have had any effect.

But think about this way, how many 4 and 5 stars is Alabama losing after winning the NC?
LSU lost Miller and Kiel. These aren't just coincidences.

This we can agree on.

No its not. Its a reasonable assumption. To completely discount it is ridiculous.

Do you follow recruiting at all???
We lost Miller because we didn't have enough slots open for EEs. One of those slots was being held for GK. We were supposedly short one slot because a certain current senior had to take intercession courses to graduate and his scholly is on the books until Spring (when intercession students graduate).
We didn't lose Miller because of last Monday.

Uhh... he's been on the team for 4 years?
JL helped lead LSU to victory last year over Bama. You statement above FAILS. Your asumption that JL would not do anything in the BCSCG will never be answered because CLM never gave JL or LSU a chance. One thing that is very well known is how poorly JJ played in the SECCG and BCSCG. We have the stats and video to prove JJ fails.

The only thing known is that he didn't report today as expected.
Unofficially being reported by several sites that he is enrolled at ND.
Assumption is he can't leave his mom.
Deducing that he is attention starved and doesn't mind screwing LSU not only of his services, but of Miller's as well.
But some unbelievably awesome human beings still wish him well and garner the admiration of all us other sore losers.

Why would it? Why would Kiel care what happened to Lee? Only the over emotional fan base that is LSU cares this much about a mediocre QB not getting playing time. Especially when you have no clue what was going on behind the scenes at the QB position.
