Martha guy from Curacao looks like money.
Kid smiled the whole game and plays like a star.

Congrats to him
This kid is dominating at 12u baseball.
Let's see how he does against competitors once they all have passed puberty using BBCOR bats on the big field.

the best thing for these kids is to get back to school, stay grounded and realize a lot of work is still ahead of all of them just to get ready for the next step and eventually high school where the competition only gets better
most of them probably haven't started serious weight training and lifting yet
the ceiling on some of the players is really good but they have to keep working at it as they grow and mature
keep in mind, a lot of these players were on the same team that went to Cooperstown travel tournament back in June and got beat by 20 in bracket play

Right in Paul’s wheelhouse.

I think he is referring to the Renegades. I believe they lost 18-4 in the round of 8 as a 12 seed out of 104 teams. I could be wrong but Delatte, Roussel, Perrot, and Louque were on that team. Maybe Egan too. Could be a few others.
N.O. Naturals had Wiltz, Berry, and maybe Andrade. They also lost in the round of 8, 7-5.
Sheets’ team had Darrah and Ryder. They were the 16 seed and lost to the 17th seed, I believe.
All 3 teams played the same week in Cooperstown.
Not sure about the other kids. Getting most of this info from my son who played with/against some of them.

Thanks and that makes sense. That team was impressive. Glad they all decided to play together for a run.

That's awesome, what grade is he in now?

He's a freshman.
Brother Martin has Roussel, Darrah, Gavin Berry, Prather, and Wiltz from that team.
Holy Cross has Planchard and Andrade.
Rummel has Spadoni and Perrot.

Marshall Louque has been awesome for Lutcher this year. Has hit two clutch walk-off homers for them this year as a freshmen. Also pitches and upper 80's velocity on the 6'2" kid.

Yea, he was probably the most talented kid on that team, followed by Roussell.
