No we don’t. As someone pointed out, Bama’s receiving corps has been the best in the nation over the last two years, and they have had zero big receivers. It would be nice to have a tall receiver, but it is not necessary.

Reason he isn’t playing is because Dameyune Craig can’t develop anyone worth a shite and jimbo keeps a strict 3-4 man rotation
So glad we fired his arse. He is a fricking program cancer.

I think he answered that.

Bama has 3 elite guys
Smith isn't a little receiver
Metchie and waddle are shorter
If lsu had 3 elite guys and a great coordinator, then yeah we dont need btj but thats not the case
We are down to boutte.
Have to hit on some elite receivers in this class
Hilton and deion smith have a chance
Nabers has strong hands and will be a perfect 2/3

Huh? Are you suggesting he's going to Alabama? I'd be really surprised if they're taking another receiver since they got Earle.

They would gladly make room for him. Great player and you keep him from a key opponent.

I really don't think they would at this point. They signed either 24 or 25 (rumor that Jaeden Roberts signed but hasn't announced) and they're still waiting for Camar Wheaton (announcing tomorrow) and Tuimoloau.
Plus, they already signed 4 receivers that are higher rated than BTJ.

Does Smith's barber cut Thomas' hair? If so, then it's really over.

Saban would literally sign him just to get him away from BR that is a fact.

Same here. Excited at first now he’s the worst position coach on our staff

It’s not an LSU aTm battle of production. It’s a battle of trying to get a bag of cash for him
The simple fix for that is to ask dad, how much is 300k compared to the contract getting drafted in 1st Rd vs 3rd/4th.
Jefferson 1st RD
Chase - likely 1st
Marshall - likely 1st
Boutte - well on his way
If dad is smart, he plays the long game.

Thomas is a nice to have. Not needed. He is wasting time and resources... he cannot Vistage anywhere. Make a decision.

Nothing some people on this board love more than losing elite WR talent because we already some other bodies at the position. When you can get better talent than what you have, you take it.
I'm not going to fact check them so I assume it's correct, but per 247 we have less bodies at WR than Alabama, Georgia, A&M, UF, and Auburn. People can't seem to grasp you need lots of WR's on the roster and field now.

People on this board weren't excited when we signed Chase bc we had guys like Dee Anderson already on campus. That day was all about people upset about Surtain.
By the way, Dee Anderson didn't do anything for Okie State this year. Always go for players like BTJ who score touchdowns.

I dunno, I'm still enamored with the national championship clinching touchdown reception by Marshall.

I just dont want this to turn into a Christian Harris type situation. That kid wasn't into LSU to begin with and I am getting the same vibes with BTJ. I guess time will tell..
