From Billy Embody to the LSU Tigers!
I know, I know, meh 3 star
But at this point beggars can’t be choosers

All that matters this early in a recruiting cycle.

Looks mature. Has the frame for a SEC DT. Sign him up.

I never look at star ratings. I always look at the offer list.

If LSU wants him, that tells me they have done their evaluations and this is one their picks of the litter.

He's a solid prospect. College ready body. As long as he's not the headliner of the group, he's a solid take. We desperately need quality depth. Not all are gonna be elite kids. This particular cycle is lacking many elites at DT. Hence the oversaturated offer lists of prospects of this ilk. More demand than supply. The slow burn version of the portal we just witnessed. Hopefully the market doesn't go nuts and price us out in November/December

I’ll be interested to see how Bo uses him. He plays a lot on the edge for Guyer in a 3 man front. He’s as strong as an ox at the point of attack and plays with really heavy hands. He’ll be a solid piece in this class.

What the hell is this comment… kid is exactly the kind of player we need.

Bo Davis going to mold him into a freak

LSU is building that line one kid at a time. Let the dust settle on these kids they will be foundation builders. Them 3 stars will work their arse off to ge where they need to be.

Offer list can be misleading... All offers aren't committable offers.

I'm not quite sure, but hope this one turns out like Marlon Favorite. Always liked that kid.

Could you stop making apples to apples comparisons with Portal Mercenaries and high school recruits ?
Their situations couldn't be any more different, and in that same interview that everyone is touting about us not buying players Kelly goes in to great detail about how LSU will focus its resources on high school players, such as this one.
Stop being obtuse. You are smarter than that.
