Howard isn't really an immediate impact guy. I'm pretty sure Khadim Sy pushed him out of Ole Miss' class.
He only averaged 10/7/1.5 blocks in high school this past season. Not numbers you really want to see for a guy who is 6'10+.

Jeez that is a pretty bad stat line for a 6'10" guy in high school. He should dominate at that level and that size.

Looks like he played at one of those fake schools that just play basketball and had a lot of other college prospects on the team. Could be misleading a bit.

Only other kid on the list at his school is going to South Carolina (Legacy Charter). Nobody ranked in 2020 class yet.
McCreary (6'8, 215) going to South Caorlina averaged 18/6 this past season there.

Pickings are very slim for bigs. Neither of the guys mentioned by Hotep would make much of an impact next year. Cooper is better than both imo.
I’m sure Wade will keep beating the bushes to find a big man that can contribute this year. Maybe LSU will get lucky with a transfer not yet in Portal.

He may be, but I still dont think he's starting material at all in this conference.
About the best thing that could happen is N'Faly Dante falls into our lap this upcoming season with reclassification and that would just be pure luck at this point

That list makes me sad for the Louisiana talent. South Carolina had 9 major conference signees. Louisiana had 1.
