How much you willing to pony up to outbid Mississippi State? Pickering was ALL LSU earlier in the year and even committed, then got home and Mississippi State got to Mom and shut that down immediately

With the NCAA unwilling to police the Red Elephant Club, the rest of the Saban disciples (Smart, Fisher, Pruitt), and perennial violator MSU, it’s time for the rest of the SEC, including LSU, to “pony up”.

Would be nice if the tables began turning and Pickering pulled a Landon on his mom too and Ish doesn't. If LSU could get those 2 and Mc Jackson and the instate players next season, their Dline will be a massive wall in 2 years that nobody can run through. Plus, that will help get LSU to that next level, that's if these players turn out to be the players we hope they can be.

That's the thing though LSU wouldn't have to go full retard with this. They could quietly pick and choose those years to take advantage of certain situations. This year would be the DL to create depth for 2020 because if LSU landed 2 more or 3 more top 20 DLman and somehow picked up Strickland as our rush OLB then it would set us up where we wouldn't have to do anything crazy next year.

It's looking like we are going to get Jones and with him a great shot with his buddy Dean. Then I also think Sopsher chooses LSU in the end bc of several factors. Even if we can't pick up a rush OLB like Strickland, landing a few top end DLman would make it much easier for LSU to go into JUCO or grab a transfer DE to come help out. The more we land the easier it is to fill the spots left over. Either that or we could develop the ones we do have and look to next year to find that "ready now" prospect then load up again on the DL.

Personal opinion is Ika stays on the west coast. Young sticks with Bama. Maybe the huge DL haul will give him pause, but depth chart doesn’t matter at Bama. They seem to have no problems loading up at positions.

We should start a Bama GoFundMe as Bama fans and start publicly giving money and gifts to Bama commits and then blog about it and post photos on Facebook and Twitter.
