What town is she from? I read that Monte was from a small town in the middle of nowhere Nebraska. Think Lane was born in Omaha as well.

Pilger, Ne town of about 300 people in northeast Nebraska about an hour north of Omaha. I believe monte was from north platte which is in the western part of the state. Myles grandpa was the town banker for many years
